Degirmen Hotel Sile has a restaurant with a capacity of 250 people with a lovely atmosphere and high quality kitchen. Skillful hands are ready to prepare choice and tasty world cuisine offered on the gourmet menu, an extraordinary feast experience. Some of the dishes on offer include aubergine paste with red mullet freshly caught, chilli con carne, freshly prepared humus using European onions accommpanied by grilled sausages, vine leaf wrapped sardines and many more besides. The Roof Bar adds a dash of spicy life to the proceedings with local and foreign drinks, intense party experience with epic western tunes, a high spirited way to pass the evenings.

Degirmen Hotel Sile has three meeting rooms, smart, spacious with catering section and specially aimed conference and meeting services. Wind Room is 150 m2, the biggest room, with a theatre layout and 200 person capacity. The meeting room allows both speaker and audience to feel comfortable and able to perform to the highest degree for the whole day with its efficient use of space. Audio-visual, barcovision, screen, microphone, simultaneous translation, computer desk, DVD player and satellite broadcasts are all available. Water Room is 80 m2, theatre design, 100 person capacity, plazma TV, barcovision, screen and computer desk. This room gains from natural daylght making meetings very comfortable and possible. The seating design is for meetings but is changeable. Thunder Room is 50 m2 and the smallest room. It's a theatre design with 50 person capacity, barcovision, screen and 11 tables seating 20 people for meetings.

Degirmen Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, wonderful view and in the direction of sunlight so you can quite comfortably sip a drink or two at poolside and enjoy the water. The fitness centre has a fully equipped gym rigged up with the latest technology and has been provided as a holiday essential to help relieve the stresses of everyday life. Degirmen Hotel Sile is located in the lovely town of Sile which is on the Black Sea coast region of Istanbul about 70 km from the city. It's an historical fishing village dating back some 2700 years with a lighthouse from the Ottoman Empire.
